By using URfoodi’s platform, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These apply to all users including customers, delivery partners, and vendor partners.


🧑‍🍳 Terms for Customers

1.1 Account Creation

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use URfoodi.

  • All information provided during signup must be accurate and up-to-date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

1.2 Orders & Payments

  • Orders once placed cannot be canceled after food preparation begins.

  • Payments can be made via online methods or Cash on Delivery (COD) if available in your area.

  • Prices may vary based on restaurant and delivery charges.

1.3 Delivery & Refund

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

  • If a delivery is delayed or fails due to incorrect address or phone number, URfoodi is not liable.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued based on investigation and may take up to 7–10 working days.

1.4 Conduct

  • Abusive language or behavior towards delivery partners or support staff will result in account suspension.

  • Misuse of promotional offers can lead to account deactivation.


🚴 Terms for Delivery Partners (Delivery Boys)

2.1 Registration

  • You must provide valid government-issued ID and driving license.

  • You are responsible for your own vehicle, fuel, and maintenance.

2.2 Conduct & Responsibilities

  • Deliver food safely, hygienically, and on time.

  • Be respectful to customers, restaurants, and fellow delivery partners.

  • You must not open or tamper with food packages.

2.3 Payments & Earnings

  • Payments will be made weekly or monthly based on deliveries completed.

  • Incentives are subject to change based on performance and company policies.

2.4 Termination

  • Repeated complaints, misconduct, or policy violations may result in termination from the URfoodi platform without notice.


🏪 Terms for Vendor Partners (Restaurants)

1. Vendor Onboarding & Free Trial

  • Each vendor is eligible for a free trial, depending on shop condition, area coverage, and quality of service.

  • The free trial terms (duration, feature access) will be decided by Urfoodi and shared during onboarding.


2. Commission Structure

  • Urfoodi will set commission percentages based on mutual discussion with vendors.

  • Commission may vary depending on:

    • Product quality

    • Sales performance

    • Order volume

    • Vendor location and service availability


3. Hygiene & Packaging Standards

  • Vendors must maintain high hygiene standards in food preparation and packaging.

  • Improper packaging or poor hygiene may result in warnings, penalties, or deactivation.

  • Tamper-proof and safe packaging is mandatory to ensure food safety during delivery.


4. Discounts & Offers

  • Seller-provided discounts will be fully managed and funded by the seller.

  • If Urfoodi provides any promotional discounts, the admin will bear the cost.

    • Example: If a product is BDT 100 and Urfoodi offers a BDT 20 discount, the vendor will still receive BDT 100.


5. Order Returns & Disputes

  • Urfoodi will try its best to convince customers to accept delivered items.

  • In case of a return:

    • If the product is in the same condition as it was during delivery, sellers must accept the return.

    • For restaurant or perishable items, the vendor should contact Urfoodi support.

    • Urfoodi will work to reduce the vendor’s loss, but cannot guarantee compensation in all cases.


6. Withdrawals & Payments

  • Vendors can request withdrawals once their balance reaches BDT 500.

  • Withdrawals will be processed within 1–3 business days through available methods (e.g., bank transfer, mobile payment, etc.).

  • Withdrawal methods can be chosen from the available options in your vendor dashboard.


7. Fraudulent or Abusive Activity

  • Any fraudulent activity, such as fake orders, manipulation of reviews, or misuse of the platform, will result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  • Urfoodi reserves the right to withhold payments under investigation.


8. Changes to Terms

  • Urfoodi reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Vendors will be notified via email, WhatsApp groups, the website, or the vendor dashboard.

  • Continued use of the platform after changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.


9. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Urfoodi may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for:

    • Repeated customer complaints

    • Violating hygiene or packaging standards

    • Breach of agreement

    • Unresponsiveness or irregular service


10. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors retain ownership of their own brand assets (logos, menus, etc.) but grant Urfoodi a license to use them for marketing and platform display purposes.


11. Support & Communication

  • All vendor support must be communicated through official channels only (e.g., vendor panel, official WhatsApp groups, or support email).

  • In case of operational issues, vendors should contact Urfoodi support immediately for resolution.


12. Limitation of Liability

  • Urfoodi shall not be held liable for losses arising from:

    • Vendor delays

    • Food quality issues (unless reported and validated)

    • Acts of third parties or force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

Urfoodi values its vendors and strives to build a long-term, fair, and profitable relationship. We expect professionalism, reliability, and mutual cooperation in delivering the best food experience to our users.


Refusal of Delivery by Customer After Delivery

  • Once an order has been delivered by the delivery partner and confirmed via proof of delivery methods (such as OTP verification, customer signature, or photo evidence), the order is considered completed.

  • If a customer refuses to accept the order after delivery, the refusal will not be eligible for a refund unless the food is incorrect, spoiled, or damaged.

  • Delivery partners must record proof of delivery attempts and notify URfoodi customer support immediately in case of refusal.

  • Customers with repeated refusal behavior without valid reasons may face account restrictions, suspension, or limitations on payment methods (e.g., COD disabled).


Vendor Responsibility for Returned Items and Losses

  • If an item is returned to the vendor due to customer refusal or other reasons, the vendor must accept the return.

  • The vendor bears the loss for such returned items unless URfoodi is contacted promptly and agrees to assist in resolving the issue.

  • URfoodi will make reasonable efforts to support vendors in minimizing losses but only if the vendor notifies URfoodi customer support immediately upon the return incident.

  • Vendors who fail to inform URfoodi or delay notification accept full responsibility for the loss without claim to reimbursement.
