1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can cancel an order only before the restaurant begins preparing the food.

  • Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed, and the customer will be charged in full.

  • If the customer cancels an order within the permitted time, any advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.

2. Order Cancellation by Restaurant/Vendor

  • In rare cases, a vendor may cancel the order due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or operational difficulties.

  • Customers will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund (if pre-paid).

3. Order Cancellation by URfoodi

  • URfoodi may cancel an order due to:

    • Suspicious activity or misuse of the platform

    • Delivery location issues or natural disasters

    • Non-responsiveness of the customer at the time of delivery

  • In such cases, customers will be notified and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the customer wallet within 7–10 business days.
