Customers can cancel an order only before the restaurant begins preparing the food.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation is not allowed, and the customer will be charged in full.
If the customer cancels an order within the permitted time, any advance payment (if applicable) will be refunded within 7–10 business days.
In rare cases, a vendor may cancel the order due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or operational difficulties.
Customers will be notified immediately and will receive a full refund (if pre-paid).
URfoodi may cancel an order due to:
Suspicious activity or misuse of the platform
Delivery location issues or natural disasters
Non-responsiveness of the customer at the time of delivery
In such cases, customers will be notified and refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the customer wallet within 7–10 business days.
